Head of Field Staff, Victoria and New South Wales
As an industry leader in providing salaried employment opportunities and professional development for outdoor educators, we ensure that our outdoor education programs have the highest possible standard of skilled, motivated and committed people. We are now seeking two people, a Head of Field Staff Victoria, and a Head of Field Staff New South Wales, to lead and oversee the management and development of our 80 outdoor educators across two states.
Essential requirements for both roles are solid experience and excellent skills in:
- motivational leadership of larger teams
- strategic thinking and its implementation
- high level teamwork with colleagues
- as well as a thorough understanding of current outdoor education trends and initiatives
One position is located in Eildon, Victoria and one position is in Moss Vale, New South Wales.
