Do you have a proven background in outdoor education, including demonstrated experience in outdoor leadership and a drive to work with young people?
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Current Advanced Leaders Wilderness First Aid certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- Bushwalking experience, including experience in teaching navigation & camp craft to others
- Canoeing experience
- Additional outdoor skills experience in one or more areas of climbing, river (canoe, kayak, raft), cycling and / or skiing is desirable
- Current Working with Children Check (for Victorian positions)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to use the outdoor medium to teach to educational outcomes
- Minimum tertiary qualification equivalent to Certificate IV in Outdoor Recreation
