OEG launches Duke of Edinburgh programs
The Outdoor Education Group (OEG) is delighted to announce that they will now be taking bookings from individuals wishing to complete the Adventurous Journey Expedition requirements of the Bronze and Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.
By offering places on bushwalk and canoeing journeys in a range of venues in the Greater Sydney and Southern Highlands areas of NSW, OEG is able to substantially assist those young people who have made a commitment to completing this very worthwhile Award.
The Outdoor Education Group specialises in the management of groups in the outdoors and offers 24hr supervision of all participants. All OEG Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme Group Leaders are trained in Wilderness First Aid and in the mode of transport selected, to ensure that participants gain the most benefits from their expedition. All OEG expeditions are supported by a 24hr All Hours Contact system which is manned by a senior staff member to provide assistance and information such as weather forecasts if and when required.
